"I wanted to try the patches for pain relief in my knees after sitting for 30-=40 minutes. Without the patches, I have to be careful standing up due to weakness and some pain in the knees. With the patches, secured above both knees with the stretch netting tubing from Amazon, it's all good. No weakness or pain after sitting now, first time I just got up with patches on and then remembered this is not the normal feel after sitting for too long. Working! Forget the adhesive, netting tubing works, is disposable, cool and secure."

Then my skin on my feet started feeling like someone made cuts on my feet and the patches made the skin stay hot and moist so it caused a painful burning feeling 😔. "I previously had purchased the patches and they worked so well so I thought why not give my feet some relief. Purchased the foot patches because I have terrible arthritis in one foot and neuropathy in both. Also had 3 foot surgeries, along with a surgery that I have wires that were implanted . I put them in my shoes and they work great. I wear my flip flops daily so tried them with the adhesive. No problem keeping them attached. I actually get more relief from the foot patches than nerve block surgery. Thinking I should purchase another set to use in my many shoes ."

"I am not pleased with this product. Since I was advised not to wear it in the swimming pool or shower, I removed it. I assumed I could reapply it but adhesive it as decreased and I had to apply another glue patch. I went through the ones that came with the kit and have since reordered at a fairly high price.
