It lasted about 15 minutes until my husband wanted to move it a little, Then it didn't stick well at all and didn't work as well as it had at first. The next problem was trying to clean the patch. Running warm water on it didn't work very well and then trying to put a new sticky tape on it was infuriating. If you want your product to work, make sure the instructions match what actually happens."

    "I have tremendous ankle, foot, and calf pain. Feels like jabs from a knife or an electric shock. These patches placed slightly above my ankles, have removed most of the jabs.     Take allot of the pain away!

    "Takes allot of my shoulder pain away. Not all but most. If you live in a hot and humid area, the adhesives have a hard time making it through day three. Although it doesn’t take all the pain away, it takes away enough pain to get on with my daily activities. Highly recommended! I gave it four stars because in my area, the adhesives have a hard time making it through day three. Work great in the fall and winter."
