        Place your Signal Step insert inside your shoe, ensuring the rounded edge is aligned against the heel. Signal Step is extremely low profile - wear it for a few minutes and aside from the relief you feel, you'll barely even notice it's there!

        2. Secure (optional)

        If you are using Signal Step for high-impact activity or long-term wear, or if you find the insert moving with use, apply the optional adhesives to the bottom of the patch before placing it in your shoe.

        3. Step into relief!

        Put your shoes on and go about your day as usual – only now with less discomfort! Our Signal Relief technology is designed to actively provide relief even while you’re on the go.

        No. Signal Step is universally sized to fit most shoes.

        Please do not cut, trim, or alter the inserts in any way. Modifying the physical structure may impact performance and will void the 6-month product warranty.

        Take allot of the pain away!

        "Takes allot of my shoulder pain away. Not all but most. If you live in a hot and humid area, the adhesives have a hard time making it through day three. Although it doesn’t take all the pain away, it takes away enough pain to get on with my daily activities. Highly recommended! I gave it four stars because in my area, the adhesives have a hard time making it through day three. Work great in the fall and winter."

        Worked well to relieve my back pain.

        "I'm getting some relief, but not up to my expectations after the sales pitch on the John B. Wells show. I have tried multiple locations to help my backache, but only receive some relief at my lower back. The replacement sticky pads are tricky to get placed. These clearly need a better method for installation."

        "I placed mine on back of my left hip near lower back and my sciatica pain was suddenly negative.         Love the way it Works! Size is a problem

        "I have neuropathy and constant pain in my right foot from an injury 15 years ago. Within a week I felt about 50% relief which has aloud me to walk more. However, one size does not fit all. I ware a size 13 shoe and the step only covers my foot to the center arch of the foot. I have arch and heal issues as well. I am sure there are many people with larger feet. That would really appreciate a patch that covers the entire foot."

        As a amputee
