🌍 Signal Relief Return Policy

Signal Relief strives to provide assistance as quickly as possible. Please review the guidelines below for returns inside the United States:

📦 Return Window

  • Returns must be initiated within 45 days of purchase.

  • We do not accept partial returns. (For example: if you purchased a multi-pack, all patches from that order must be returned together.)

🚚 How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Customer Service for a prepaid USPS return shipping label.

    • Please provide the name on the order, order number, and a valid email address.

  2. If you are unable to print a prepaid label, you may ship the product(s) at your own expense using a trackable service. Please send them to:

    Be sure to email Customer Service with the tracking number so we can confirm delivery.

📝 Refund Details

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, a full refund of the product purchase price and applicable taxes will be issued to your original form of payment.

  • Shipping fees and shipping insurance are non-refundable.

  • Refunds cannot be processed until items are received.

  • Returns will not be accepted for products purchased through third-party vendors.

🔄 Exchanges

If your patch arrived damaged in transit, contact Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery. Proof of damage is required to qualify for an exchange.

🧾 Product Conditions

Unopened Package:

  • Ensure the item is in its original, unopened packaging.
  • Do not cross out any shipping information. Instead, clearly write “REFUSED” or “Return to Sender” on the shipping label.
  • Hand the package back to your original mail carrier for return.

Opened Package:

To ensure a complete return, please follow the instructions below:

  • For sanitary reasons, remove any used adhesives from the patch(es). 
  • Place the blue Signal patch(es) and any unused adhesives in the original packaging mailer, an envelope, or a small box. You will only be refunded if we receive the patches back, used or new.
  • Print out and attach the prepaid shipping label on the front of the package. The shipping label is for USPS and can be dropped in any outgoing USPS mail receptacle. We recommend you document your tracking number, which you can find on the front of the label.

Adhesive Refill Returns:

Refundable only if unused and in original packaging.

❌ Important Notes

  • Refunds will not be issued for items with intentional damage (cuts, heat damage, alterations, etc.).

  • All patches from the order must be included in the return.

  • Signal Relief is not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments.

  • Shipping costs are only refundable if merchandise arrives damaged or defective.

  • If your package is REFUSED or returned as Return to Sender, the cost of  shipping and any insurance fees will be deducted from your refund due to the cost being paid to a 3rd party carrier.


🌍 International Return Policy

We’re happy to help you with returns from outside the United States. Because international shipping can be complex, please review the following details carefully:

  • You may return eligible items within 45 days of purchase.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of international return shipping.

  • We are unable to provide prepaid labels outside of the U.S.

  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days after the package arrives at our U.S. warehouse for processing.

  • Original shipping fees, duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.

  • If your package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties/taxes, the cost of return shipping and any fees will be deducted from your refund.

  • We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
