Brella Shipping Protection provides peace of mind by covering lost or damaged packages. For just 3% of your order value, you can ensure a hassle-free resolution process without the long wait times often associated with shipping carriers.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By leaving the Brella Shipping Protection option checked and completing your purchase, you agree to pay for this additional service. This charge is non-refundable once your order has been processed.

By selecting this service, you authorize the store’s customer service team to handle all shipping-related claims at their sole discretion. The store will work directly with the shipping carrier to determine eligibility for claims and whether a refund, replacement, or alternative resolution will be issued. If the shipping carrier determines the package is still in transit, delayed, or was delivered correctly, Brella Shipping Protection does not guarantee an automatic refund or replacement.

By opting into Brella Shipping Protection, you waive any chargeback rights or disputes related to shipping protection services through your payment provider.

WHAT BRELLA SHIPPING PROTECTION COVERS
1. Lost Packages
Your package may be eligible for a claim if:
- Tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received it.
  - Domestic shipments: Allow 7-15 business days after the marked "delivered" status before filing a claim.
  - International shipments: Allow 20 business days after the marked "delivered" status.
  - Before submitting a claim, check with neighbors, secure locations, and contact your local delivery courier (e.g., USPS, UPS).
- Tracking has not updated for an extended period.
  - Domestic shipments: Considered lost if tracking has not updated for 14 days.
  - International shipments: Considered lost if tracking has not updated for 20 days.
2. Damaged Packages
Your package may be eligible for a claim if:
- The package arrives with visible damage, including wet, torn, or punctured packaging.
- Items are missing due to damage during transit.
To process a claim for damaged packages, you must provide clear photographic evidence of the packaging and affected items.


WHAT BRELLA DOES NOT COVER
Brella Shipping Protection does not cover the following situations:
- Incorrect or invalid address information provided by the customer.
- Delays in transit where the package is still moving through the carrier’s network.
- Orders that are unshipped or still in processing, including pre-orders.
- Customs delays for international shipments or unpaid customs fees.
- Packages left unattended at the delivery address at the customer's request (e.g., "Leave on porch").

HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact our customer service team:

Our team will work with the shipping carrier to determine the eligibility of your claim and provide the appropriate resolution. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the original shipment date.

POLICY FOR ORDERS WITHOUT BRELLA PROTECTION

If you choose not to add Brella Shipping Protection, we will still assist in tracking your package and submitting a claim with the carrier. However, this process may take longer—up to 6-8 weeks—and is subject to the carrier’s policies.
