"I LOVE THE LARGER PATCH AND NO ADHESIVE BUT THE BELT LEAVES A LOT TO BE DESIRED. THE MATERIAL IS TO SLICK SO IT MOVES AROUND AND IT IS VERY HOT FOR SUMMER HEAT. The wrap is an improvement but I find the Velcro is not industrial and frequently comes undone. Also the Velcro is wider than where you stick it and scratches your skin. "I’ve used the regular patches with good relief but tried this since I wouldn’t have to fool with the adhesive. I didn’t need the extender. The belt narrows too much anteriorly to keep the patch stable. It’s already fraying some as well. A sturdier soft corset would work better."
"I was pleasantly surprised at how non-bulky this back wrap device is. I imagined a spare tire to add to my own. It is harldy detectable under clothes. It does help my cronic back pain.
